建立骨道 Create bone tunnel Crear túnel óseo

植入锚钉 Implant anchor Anclaje de implante

注意：锚钉插入杆插入骨孔时不能用力过大，否侧会折弯锚钉插入杆或堵塞锚钉导致锚钉无法推出
插入杆通过导向器插入骨孔时无法插入到底，可能是前面钻孔深度不够或者导向器有晃动，植入杆角度和骨孔不在一条直线上，在原位置重新用钻头预钻孔调整导向器角度和加深预钻孔深度 Note: Do not use too much force when the JoinFix Plus is inserted into the bone tunnel, otherwise the side will bend the insertion shaft or block the anchor, preventing anchor deployment.
When the JoinFix Plus is inserted into the bone tunnel through the guide, and cannot be inserted to the end, it may be that the bone tunnel is not deep enough, the guide has moved, or the angle of the JoinFix Plus and the bone tunnel are not in a straight line. Use the drill to adjust the angle of the guide in the original position, or drill the bone tunnel deeper. Nota: No ejerza demasiada fuerza cuando se inserte el JoinFix Plus en el túnel óseo, de lo contrario, el lateral doblará el eje de inserción o bloqueará el anclaje, impidiendo el despliegue del anclaje.

激发成结 Knotting Anudamiento

把牢导向器，顺时针旋转手柄尾部蓝色部件；旋转到尾部缝线全部露出，停止旋转。将尾部缝合线从卡缝中全部解开，然后抽出导向器和手柄，全缝线锚钉植入完成 Hold the JoinFix Plus firmly and rotate the blue part at the tail of the handle clockwise; rotate until all the sutures at the tail are exposed. Untie the tail suture then pull out the guide and handle. The full suture anchor is implanted. Sostenga el JoinFix Plus con firmeza y gire la parte azul en la cola del mango en el sentido de las agujas del reloj; gire hasta que todas las suturas de la cola queden expuestas.
