WilSuture可用于开放性跟腱修复。与标准聚酯缝合相比，优越的强度可以带来更紧密的环从而安全打结并增加结的完整性，同时减少结的切迹。 手术步骤： 1. 进行体表标注，触诊确定断端，于断端体表处做约1cm横切口，分离筋膜层； 2. 将跟腱断端近端从切口中拉出，置于跟腱缝合器内固定； 3. 将带有镍钛合金导环的穿刺针从标记1、2处穿出后将#2缝线分别放入导环中拉出； 4. 将穿刺针从3、4孔中分别穿出后将缝线带出； 5. 取出跟腱缝合器,将缝线拉出并整理缝线顺序； 6. 跟腱远端同样步骤放入缝合器后将缝线分别穿出； 7. 取出跟腱缝合器,将断端远端缝线拉出，同侧近、远端相同孔号的缝线在跖屈位下收紧打结； 9. 缝合皮肤,完成手术。 WilSuture can be used for open Achilles tendon repair. Compared to standard polyester sutures, its superior strength provides tighter loops, ensuring safer knotting and increased knot integrity while reducing notch formation. Surgical Steps: Perform surface marking and palpate to locate the tendon stumps. Make an approximately 1cm transverse incision at the stump site and separate the fascial layer. Pull the proximal Achilles tendon stump out from the incision and secure it within the Achilles tendon suturing device. Pass the piercing needle with a nickel-titanium guide ring through marking points 1 and 2, then pull the #2 suture through the guide ring. Pass the piercing needle through points 3 and 4, and pull the suture out through these points. Remove the Achilles tendon suturing device, pull out the sutures, and organize the suture sequence. Use the same steps for the distal Achilles tendon, placing it in the suturing device and pulling the sutures through. Remove the suturing device, pull out the sutures from the distal stump, and tighten the sutures at the same numbered holes for both proximal and distal ends while the foot is in plantar flexion. Suture the skin and complete the surgery. Reparación Abierta del Tendón de Aquiles con WilSuture WilSuture puede utilizarse para la reparación abierta del tendón de Aquiles. Retire el dispositivo de sutura y extraiga las suturas del muñón distal. Ajuste Final y Cierre: Con el pie en flexión plantar, tense las suturas en los orificios numerados correspondientes (proximal y distal). Suture la piel y complete la cirugía.
