评估盂唇损伤位置及范围，剥离疤痕愈合的盂唇后，打磨前方骨质，形成一宽2-3mm的渗血骨带,以促进愈合，将一股缝线穿过损伤盂唇，再将双股缝线一起放入无结锚钉钉头内，钻取骨道后将无结锚钉植入后剪断缝线。 Assess the location and extent of the labral tear. After debridement of the scar tissue from the labrum, the anterior bone surface is smoothed to create a 2-3mm wide bleeding bone bed to promote healing. A suture is passed through the damaged labrum, and then the double strand suture is placed into the knotless suture anchor head.
