锐健医疗与西门子工业软件（上海）有限公司于7月25日在杭州正式签署战略合作协议。

双方将基于锐健医疗在运动医学与微创骨科器械领域的领先技术，结合西门子工业软件全球领先的数字化企业解决方案，共同推动骨科医疗器械行业的智能化升级与数字化转型。
此次合作，双方将聚焦产品研发数字化、智能制造升级、企业全生命周期管理三大核心领域，依托西门子全球领先的Teamcenter产品生命周期管理平台、Opcenter制造执行系统以及NX&Simcenter仿真设计等平台和工具，助力锐健医疗优化产品设计流程，提升仿真测试效率，共同构建先进的研发制造一体化体系，实现从研发到制造的全流程数据贯通。

同时，锐健集团在迈向全球化的征途中，将全面借助西门子的专业经验和技术，确保企业在全球市场的合规运营和数字安全。双方将共享行业资源，锐健医疗将作为西门子工业软件在医疗行业的标杆案例，推动数字化解决方案在高端医疗器械领域的深度应用。

On July 25, Rejoin Medical and Siemens Digital Industries Software (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou. Leveraging Rejoin Medical's leading expertise in sports medicine and minimally invasive orthopedic devices, combined with Siemens' world-class digital enterprise solutions, the two parties will jointly drive intelligent upgrades and digital transformation in the orthopedic medical device industry.

This collaboration will focus on three core areas: digital product development, smart manufacturing enhancement, and enterprise lifecycle management. By utilizing Siemens' globally advanced Teamcenter product lifecycle management platform, Opcenter manufacturing execution system, and NX & Simcenter simulation design tools, Rejoin Medical aims to optimize its product design processes, improve simulation testing efficiency, and establish an advanced integrated R&D and manufacturing system, enabling end-to-end data connectivity from development to production. Additionally, as Rejoin Group advances toward globalization, it will fully leverage Siemens' professional expertise and technology to ensure compliance and digital security in global markets. The two parties will share industry resources, with Rejoin Medical serving as a benchmark case for Siemens Digital Industries Software in the healthcare sector, promoting the deep application of digital solutions in high-end medical devices.
